If we are able to accept the referral, you will be contacted to setup the following appointments:

• Free 15 minute consultation phone call: To determine goals and needs.
• Clinical interview (up to an hour, telehealth or in-person): During this appointment, you will be asked about current cognitive and psychological symptoms, medical and mental health history, educational attainment, and other questions.
• In-person testing (typically 1-4 hours): You will be asked to complete a series of tests, which will be pencil-and-paper tests and/or computer tests. This may include cognitive tests (e.g., memory, attention, processing speed), academic tests (e.g., math, spelling, reading), and/or psychological questionnaires (e.g., mood, personality) depending on the goals and needs for the evaluation.
• Feedback appointment (up to an hour, telehealth or in-person): This will be scheduled approximately 2- 3 weeks after finishing the assessment. During this appointment, you will review the results and recommendations with the provider, and you will be given a copy of the report.
